OBITUARY THE Society regrets the death in August 1963 of Mr. Henry Morgan, Aberystwyth. In 1924 he was appointed Honorary Treasurer of the Society, a position which he held until he resigned in 1955, and he remained a member of the Executive Committee until his death. A Carmarthenshire man by birth and proud of his native county, he gave valuable service to the county of his adoption. His services as Manager of Barclays Bank, Aberystwyth, were appreciated by many his devotion to his church-Siloh C.M. Church, Aberystwyth-where he was a deacon is well known, but we remember him for the valuable service he gave to this Society for over thirty years. It is true to state that a small group of members headed by j. R. Davies, D. G. Griffiths, and Henry Morgan guarded the affairs of the Society during the war years, and by their efforts it was re-formed in 1947. Alas, these three are no longer with us, but we profit from their labours. The Society sympathises with his widow, son, and daughter in their loss, and we mourn the passing of a faithful servant and counsellor. D.MJ.
