Welsh Music History is published by the University of Wales Press for the Centre for Advanced Welsh Music Studies, University of Wales, Bangor. It is a refereed journal of Welsh music scholarship which includes music history, music historiography, music analysis and ethnomusicology. It has three primary objectives: the study of Welsh music, the study of music in Wales, and the study of music through the medium of the Welsh language. Publication is supported by the Department of Music, University of Wales, Bangor. Submission of articles and correspondence All contributions, which may be submitted in either Welsh or English, will be scrutinized by at least two members of the Editorial Board, or other appropriate specialists. Contributors should follow the style guide as published in the Journal of the Royal Music Association, 112, part I (1987), 168-71.
