All whyche matters he ys redy to prove as thys honorable Courte wyll awarde. And prayeth that the seid matter maye be remyttyd to the Kynges Councelle in the Marches of Wales before whom the seid matter dependythe, insomuch that both the partys be also dwellynge in Wales. And also the seid defendante maye have hys reasonable coste and chargys ffor hys wrongfull vexacion and troble in thys behalffe susteyned.
