Having been interested in the institutions and customs of former generations and also a member of the Royal Archaeological Institute of Great Britain for 20 years, joining in its Annual Ten-days' Excursion, helped me to contribute a small share towards forming a Radnorshire Society, which through your valuable support has made good progress. But the time has come for me to hand over my share to others younger and better able to do the work. In doing so may I express my warmest thanks to my Co-Secretary and all the members for their continuous support and also to the kind friends who so willingly contributed articles to the Transactions.
