Elvet Lewis, M.A., Rev. D. Eurof Walters, M.A., B.D., Rev. W. R. Watkin, M.A. To fill the other two vacant seats Mr. E. I. Williams, Pontypridd, and Mr. John Williams, London, were elected. Dr. Mary Williams, University College of Swansea, then read a very valuable and interesting paper on The Story of Peredur-its sources.' A hearty vote of thanks was accorded Dr. Williams on the motion of the Chairman, seconded by Mr. Hugh Evans, and she kindly consented to let her paper be printed in the journal. On the motion of Mr. T. J. Evans, seconded by Mr. Isaac Davies, the thanks of the Society were unanimously voted to Sir Joseph Bradney and Mr. D.
