SOME PLANTS FOUND ON THE BREIDDEN. Bv J. B. WILLANS. AMONGST the late Archdeacon Thomas' papers a better- was found from the Rev. O. M. Feilden, Rector of Frankton, near Ellesmere, with a list of plants found on the Breiddin I have procured the assistance of T. A Stephenson, Zoological Demonstrator at Aberystwyth College (who helped me with the flowers in the previous article), to give the ordinary names, which I herewith include :— Potentilia Rupestico. A large cinquefoil with white flowers. t Lychnis Viscacia. A Campion with bright pink flowers of a viscid stem. f Veronica Hybrida. A Speedwell with a spike of bright blue flowers. Sedum Forsterianum. A large yellow Stonecrop. Geranium Sangmneum. A Cranesbill with large purplish- red flowers. G. lucidum. A Cranesbill with shining leaves and small pink flowers. t Hieraceum pilosella, var. Peleterianum. A small silky Hawkweed with lemon-yellow flowers. H. linerescens ? A Hawkweed. FERNS. Allosoms crispus. Parsley Fern. Lastrea montana. Mountain Buckler. L. Filix-mas. Male Fern. Blechnum boreale. Hard Fern. Botrychium lunaria. Moonwart. Polypodium Dryopteris. Oak Fern. Osmunda regalis. Royal Fern.
