The Annual Meeting. The ANNUAL MEETING was held at 3-30 p.m. on Friday, 27th of March, 1942 in the Art Room of the Powysland Museum, Welshpool. Mr. J. B. Willans took the chair. The Chairman expressed regret at the absence of the Earl of Powis through illness. He also voiced the deep sympathy of the Club with Mr. R. E. Owen in his recent severe illness and operation, and wished him a speedy recovery of health. Lloyd Thomas; Mr. Griiffith Thomas; Mr. J. E. Tomley. MINUTES.-The Minutes of the last Annual Meeting had been printed in the Montgomeryshire Collections, 1941, and were approved by the Meeting. OBITUARY.-The Chairman referred to the loss the Club has sustained during the year by the deaths of the Rev. G. Roberts and Professor E. A. Lewis. The meeting stood in silence. OFFICERs.-The Officers of the Club were re-elected for a further term of office. NEW MEMBERs.-The following were elected Members of the Club :-Rev. A. Hughes, Llanbryn- mair; Mr. Robert Ll. Lloyd, Carno. RESIGNATION. -The resignation of Mr. E. H. Francis was received with re- gret. Mr. Francis is on War Service, and hopes to resume his membership again afterwards. HONORARY MEMBER.-Miss M. N. Owen was unanimously elected an honorary member of the Club.
