From William de Doncestr holding the manor of Moston at fee farm for his common use by commission of the King for £ 13. 6s. 8d., payable annually at the Treasury of Chester at the term of Easter and St. Michael in equal portions, for that farm for the whole year 131. 6s. 8d. From David de Coleshull, holding the bailiwick of the commote of Coleshull at fee farm for his whole life by con- cession of the King and also of the Lord the Earl of Chester for 41. payable annually at the Treasury of Chester at the aforesaid terms in equal portions, for that farm for the whole year 4I. Commotes of Coleshull, Prestatton,and Rothclan.-From the burghers of Flynt for rent of assize for their burgages and lands in the same for the whole aforesaid year, viz., for the terms of Easter and St. Michael 361. igs. od. From the same burghers for rent of a certain meadow towards Coleshull sold to them this year 4s. From the same burghers holding the Mill of Flynt at fee farm by King's charter paying therefor annually at the Treasury of Chester iol. at the terms of Easter and St. Michael in equal portions, for that farm for the aforesaid year iol.
