RULES OF THE FLINTSHIRE HISTORICAL SOCIETY. Passed at the Annual Meeting of the Society, held at Prestatyn on the 21st June, 1922. TITLE. 1.-The Society shall be called THE FLINTSHIRE HISTORICAL SOCIETY. PURPOSES. 2·­ The objects of the Society shall be (a) The collection and publication of Archaeological and Historical information and materials re- lating to the County of Flint. (b) The excavation for and preservation of the Remains of Antiquity and other objects of interest found in the County of Flint. CONSTITUTION. 3.-The Society shall consist of Life, Ordinary and Honorary Members. Life Members. Donors of Ten Pounds and upwards shall be members for life and shall have all the privileges of ordinary members and be entitled to copies of the Society's Publications as published. Ordinary Members shall consist of all subscribers of Ten Shillings per annum. They shall have the right of attendance at all Lectures, Exhibitions and Ordinary Meeetings, and be entitled to copies of the Society's Journal as published. Honorary Members shall be chosen by the Council.
