1314. Charter of William de Stanton, Merchant and Burgess of Rothelan, granting tenements in a lane called "Pepperstrete," in Rothelan, to William de Doncaster, and Felicia, his wife. I find the name of Hugh de Tudenham on the Chester Rolls as one of the heirs of Robert Harold, who had property in Chester. Gilbert Dunfoul was also a citizen of Chester, who, on several occasions, was appointed Sheriff of the City.
