Correspondence (continued). WELSH HOME RULE. To THE EDITOR OF THE "WELSH OUTLOOK." Dear Sir,-The three political parties at present in the field in Wales (the re-united Welsh Liberals last of all at Llandrindod) have now defined themselves as part and parcel of the three British Political Parties, par- ticipating in War Chests of such parties and not pre- pared to put the demand for Welsh Home Rule (federal but plenary) before any and every item in such programmes. As usual during the week of the Welsh School of Social Service, a meeting of Welsh Home Rulers and of the Welsh Language Army will be arranged at Llan- drindod Wells on Friday afternoon, August 15th, at 2 p.m.-an hour that will not clash with any of the meetings of the said beneficent school. A Home Rule party will also necessarily be a Democratic party in every respect.-I am, yours, etc., E. LLOYD OWEN, M.D. Criccieth. June 26th, 1924.
