She died in 1919 leaving Hadlow to her nephew, James Frederick Fothergill Rowland who lived in London. It was leased to Thomas George Green a Relieving Officer who bought it in 1921 for £ 700. In 1923 Hadlow was sold to Mr. David Morgan who lived there with his brother Lewis. David Morgan died in 1953 willing Hadlow to his brother and (sister?) Sarah Seargeant. Sarah sold her interest to Lewis Morgan. Lewis died in 1962. Since then it has had two other owners before being purchased by ourselves in 1981.
