Letters to Editor Dear Editor, I am writing to you as the non-elected committee member of Capel in Gwent. It is hoped that it will be possible to form a Gwent branch of Capel. This in itself would be an important step in seeking to record and preserve the ever-threatened chapel heritage of the county.
