CLASS II Norton Cross, Skenfrith-for a school with only 12 pupils the volume of work produced for this project was staggering. Topics covered included Victorian Schools (including a trip to St. Fagans), Evacuees and All Our Memories which involved taping the memories of the village's senior citizens. Llanofer-project concentrating on Lady Augusta Hall and her influence on the village. Field work was conbined with interviews with local people to produce a very colourful and informative project. Llanfair Cilgedin-taking the Monmouth and Brecon Canal as their starting point the school explored the area's industrial connections, and association with the Crawshay dynasty of Merthyr.
