Report of the Committee for the gear 1899-1900. THE Committee have pleasure in presenting to the Members the 33rd Annual Report of the Society:- The number of Members at the close of last Session was 480 Elected during 1899-1900 75 555 Resignations and removals 39 Deaths 6 45 5io The Members are thus distributed:- Honorary Members 8 Life Members 20 Corresponding Members 7 Annual Subscribers 474 Associate 1 510 Your Committee deplore the loss sustained by the Society through the death of the Most Honorable The Marquess of Bute, who had been an Honorary Member for many years. Your Committee also have to regretfully record the loss by death during the year of five Ordinary Members of the Society, being- Mr. E. R. Moxey, Dr. W. M. Hier Evans, Mr. G. W. Harrison, and Mr. J. A. Pengelly.
