(Mr. Joseph Pearson, B.Sc.) since the Annual Meeting on May 4th, 1905, owing to his appointment in the University of Liverpool, Messrs. Parker and Proger were elected on November 16th to act for the present Session as Joint Hon. Secretaries. The number of members on the books is 57. Six meetings have been held in the University College, with an average attendance of 16'6. The following papers were read during the Session :— November 16, 1905. T. H.
