The Committee has pleasure in presenting its Twelfth Annual Report, dealing with the work of the Section for the Session 1922-23. The membership on 30th September, 1922, numbered 116, and during the year twenty new members were elected. Three deaths occurred and sixteen resignations were received, leaving a total membership of 117 at the present date, of whom seventy-one are members of the Cardiff Naturalists' Society.
