Annual Meeting and Exhibition, at which exhibits were made by Miss Eleanor Vachell, F.L.S., Miss Eileen Melville, Ph.D., Prof. Tattersall, D.Sc., Dr. F. J. North, F.G.S., Messrs. J. Davy Dean, F.R.E.S., H. M. Hallett, F.R.E.S., G. J. Williams, W. Edney Cox, F.R.E.S., W. E. Howarth, F.G.S., G. R. Willan and F. Norton. Exhibits were made at the end of the meetings during the session by Mr. John Grimes, M.B.E., Mr. A. S. Hodgson,. M.A., and Mr. W. Edney Cox, F.R.E.S. A number of members participated in the joint Sectional Week-end excursion to Tenby and Caldy Island on May 5th-7th. A field meeting was held on Saturday, July 15th, when 14 members visited Cyfarthfa Castle Museum, Merthyr Tydfil, and then on to study the botany of the limestone formation around Morlais Castle, under the guidance of the President, Miss Eleanor Vachell, F.L.S. The accounts of the Section have been audited, and show a balance in hand of £ 123 8s. 4d. F. NORTON, Hon. Secretary.
