(Last year-361). The Council desires to place on record its deep regret at the departure of Mr. W. F. Grimes, M.A., F.S.A., from Cardiff, on his appointment with the Ordnance Survey under H.M. Office of Works. Mr. Grimes, during the time of his appointment at the National Museum of Wales, has served the Society in many ways and with great enthusiasm and his loss will be greatly felt.
